Gaining insights through data is critical for any organization to understand where they are, where they want to go, and how they get there. 

 

I apply data-driven customer insights to strategy development and decisions. Whether using qualitative or quantitative metrics to measure the brand or CRM metrics to optimize the customer journey, performance measurement must start with clear alignment to goals and objectives across the organization.

When making a brand choice, customers ‘journey' through various stages of consideration, where a relevant and consistent brand experience is expected.

I lead organizations in determining the best marketing channels and operational strategies along that path. How does the customer enter, engage, or leave the brand and how should that experience ultimately lead to retention/loyalty?  I serve as ‘the glue’ bringing disparate teams together to create these seamless engagements.
